COVID-19 Updates

To our valued customers,

Carbide and Supply is monitoring the situation with COVID-19, and we have updated our operations accordingly.

Our first priority is the health and safety of our staff and customers, as well as following any local, state, or federal regulations or guidelines. We are stringently following proper sanitation procedures for our facilities and delivery vehicles in accordance with CDC recommendations.

We are a supplier to many ‘critical’ or ‘essential’ sectors and businesses, such as medical, transportation, energy, and power generation, and will continue operating at our normal business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday, and open for modified will call, deliveries, or direct shipments.

If your business would like a change in how deliveries are handled, such as a different drop off location or any other ‘contactless’ delivery options, please let any of our staff know so that we can make a note on your account. Any on hand inventory requested to send via UPS can ship until 3:00PM CST. Please direct any drivers to pick up Will Call via the back door of our shipping area, next to the bay door.

UPS/FedEx Service Guarantee

Until further notice, UPS and FedEx have suspended their money back guarantee’s on shipping times. As a result of the higher than usual volume of deliveries due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are expecting that most deliveries will be delayed at least 1-2 days, regardless of shipping method.
